Paul’s experience in people development dates back to the mid-1990’s where he worked on behavioural change with at-risk youth. Success in this space includes working with prisoners for the purpose of reintegration into society and promotion through to executive positions. Paul combines multidisciplinary performance-based coaching with his corporate experience, resulting in a pragmatic approach to performance improvement focused on self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-responsibility. This has resulted in Paul conducting successful talent development programmes at senior levels in organisations such as with the Royal New Zealand Navy (Deputy Commander level), developing leadership programmes in the public sector, as well as in-house training as part of succession plans put in place for subsidiaries of News Ltd. in Australia.
